Hospitality technology specialist Cendyn has acquired customer relationship management business PushTech for an undisclosed sum.
Barcelona-based PushTech offers a cloud-based customer data and customer relationship management platform helping hotels with marketing, guest communications and loyalty.
According to a statement, the acquisition “reinforces Cendyn’s dedication to growth and advancement in the CRM landscape.”

The deal follows Cendyn’s acquisition of WIHP, a hotel digital marketing specialist, announced in late August.
