MDO has acquired HelloGM in an effort to boost its back-office automation and business intelligence capabilities.
The hospitality data platform did not disclose terms of its acquisition of the hotel management system.

Helping hoteliers with streamlined, centralized operations and data-driven decision-making tools will allow them to focus on what they do best, which is delivering a fantastic guest experience.”

With the acquisition of HelloGM, MDO will be able to offer its clients broader back-office capabilities, including being able to streamline tasks. On the flip side, HelloGM customers will access MDO’s paperless night audit option and have access to its forecasting, budgeting and business intelligence.
